In this Masterclass, we will illustrate what Journey Map Operations looks like in practice and take you through the steps of how to co-create Maps that you can operationalize and use in daily decision-making, as you develop products and services for your Customer or Colleague Journeys. You will have the opportunity in your breakout team to build a Journey Map with data and see how this works in practice. We will discuss and answer questions about how this might work in your teams at work.
