He expanded the network in 2020 to include UX, CX and Analytics professionals. His work includes the longest-running research on HX.

He founded HXWize and teaches organizations skills for Journey Design & Management, utilizing the HXPlaybook, with 25+ tools from Human-centered Design and Agile ways of working. He has coached HX Heads on skills & career development & helped many companies find top HX talent.

Elliott had a previous career as a global head of Talent, Learning & Transformation at Pfizer, AkzoNobel, Novartis Research & Siemens.
