Until recently, Jane served as Global Director of Employee Experience at Japanese headquartered marketing and advertising agency, dentsu. Prior to this Jane held international leadership roles in the Experience, Culture Change, Engagement and Employee Communications space with NBCUniversal, WarnerMedia and Visa.

Alongside her corporate work she’s also a certified Master Celebrant, an End-of-Life Doula and Indian Head Massage Therapist in training.  She loves to travel and has visited 43 countries so far!
