Additionally, we are pleased to provide a limited virtual option for participants who are unable to attend in person. A: Yes, virtual ticket holders can watch live-streamed keynotes and panels during CET hours. All ticket holders, regardless of attendance mode, can access session recordings on the HXWize YouTube channel approximately one week after the event.

A: Regular ticket holders will be provided with a light breakfast (coffee & croissants), two lunches, an evening dinner, as part of their pass. Full Access ticket holders will enjoy the same meals included in the Regular Ticket pass, along with a welcome reception and dinner on November 6th.

We will ask you for any special dietary requirements as we get closer to the event and will do our best to accommodate these needs.
