Leah Mintha leads the EX function at Novartis and has 20+ years business experience in digital, marketing and people experience. She previously worked in Marketing & Sales in Pharma, IT and Telecom organizations. She aims to bring people centric design thinking to as many people as possible and she loves “lightbulb” moments. She has launched new products in four continents and led a squad of in-house thinking champions. Outside of work, Leah is a Mom, hiker and meditation teacher.
