Module Three

Day 3

  • Introduction to Mapping

  • Workshop: Personas & Mapping with End Users of a journey
  • Semi-structured interviews – collect stories, note Motivations, Preferences, Actions, Emotions, Problems to Solve, rate touchpoints, vote on Moments that Matter
  • 2-hour time with End Users – colleagues telling their story about a particular journey e.g. Onboarding
