Nina Maldonado is Head of Agile Transformation & Digital Innovation at AkzoNobel, working with Customers and Colleagues across functions. She brings a holistic approach to Agile transformation integrating Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Scrum methods. She has taught at the Design Thinkers Academy and many other organizations and is a recognized teacher. She led the digital and agile transformations also at ING for CX and EX applications.
