Elliott is founder of HXWize and the HX Leaders Network. He has coached dozens of organizations on HX culture transformation and strategy, and taught numerous bootcamps and certification programs the past 7 years. He has researched and published on the growth and state of HX and hosted many Summits with HX Thought Leaders and Practitioners.

For over 25 years, Elliott was a 4x head of Talent, OD & Learning (Pfizer, AkzoNobel, Novartis, Fujitsu-Siemens) and is familiar with the traditional way of working in organizations. His vision is to help all organizations embrace Human-centered Design, Analytics and Agile practices as a way to improve the Human Experience of work and drive Competitive Advantage. When not working, Elliott is traveling to see family, or on a bike or pair of skis.
