Journey Management Workshop

Join us for a special online Journey Management Workshop with Elliott Nelson & Marc Stickdorn on July 18, 2024

We will show how you can quickly map any journey to identify critical data and KPI’s. Marc & Elliott will lead a workshop with breakouts, where we learn how to go deeper into Journey Mapping, with 1 high-level map and 3-5 sub-level journeys, with data, KPI’s, pain points, etc.

We will finish by reviewing our journey hierarchy and how to start working with our insights portfolio across ALL journeys. We will then offer tips on how to get started with Journey Management. A total of 90 minutes.
