Creating new Recognition Personas

We worked with 3 different PepsiCo HR teams to teach them how to use Design Thinking and develop stronger experiences. PepsiCo Europe’s Recognition team wanted to understand the different kinds of Users and how their programs could have greater impact. We taught them how to do structured interviews and sorted the results in a virtual Persona mapping that took place across the Europe Region. They created 5 Personas which allowed PepsiCo to differentiate their Rewards strategy.
