Oerlikon’s HR leadership team wanted to understand how to best support 5 key HX journeys: Attraction, Onboarding, Development, Promotion and Off-boarding. We helped them gather insights and mapped journeys in a 2-day bootcamp, including all the functions involved in front and backstage support elements. We rated how well these are being delivered vs. their importance to employees. Oerlikon used this to redesign their HR services, working with all the functions that ‘touch’ these journeys.
