Onboarding Journeys for remote, office & factory workers

PPG wanted to develop Onboarding experiences for a variety of work situations, many of them made more complex by the Pandemic – remote, office, hybrid and factory workers with additional health & safety protocols. We helped them develop and test new Human-centered research tools to understand the many different situational needs of workers in the field, in the office and in their factories. We coached them on how to use these and how to gain stakeholder support, and measure impact and results.
