Designing the HX of Work for the New Normal

Koç Holding is a Fortune 500 conglomerate with 95k employees. As part of their Agile Transformation, we ran a 3-day bootcamp to train 30 Koç Product Owners on the HX Playbook, focusing on Onboarding Journeys, building personas, map journeys, and do design sprints on Moments that Matter. The global Covid-19 lockdown began 2 weeks later. We coached Koç on listening strategies during the Pandemic, and their Product Owners and Agile Transformation analyzed 30,000 inputs and created 1,000 new ideas for Wow Moments. They saw a 50-point decrease in anxiety and increases in engagement and productivity. See case study here.
