Kering Group is the largest collection of Luxury brands e.g. Gucci, Brioni, Bottega Veneta, Yves Saint Laurent, Ulysse Nardin, etc.). They wanted to give their 150 HR leaders a firsthand experience with HX in their annual 3-day off-site. We worked in 18 breakout groups and each group mapped a journey they were passionate about. We mapped journey stages, actions, goals, emotions and selected Moments that Matter (MTM’s). We held a hackathon to ideate Wow MTM’s and did Design Sprints to develop prototypes of our Wow MTM’s. Groups uploaded a video of how their ‘product’ would work. Then the entire group viewed each video and voted on their Top 3 to launch.
